We work alongside your team on a retained basis — typically meeting monthly to review priorities, assess what the data is telling you, and adjust direction where needed. Between sessions, you have direct access to strategic input when decisions cannot wait.
We typically ask for a minimum of three months. Strategic work takes time to take hold, and a single month does not give us enough context to add meaningful value. Most clients stay considerably longer because the work builds on itself over time.
